LaTonya Adams

Teaching is like breathing to me – and I really enjoy helping clients navigate the wide, wonderful world of real estate. Hi, my name is LaTonya, and I'm best known as Mark and Hannah's Mom. As a Public School Administrator and the Broker/Owner of LDA Investments, LLC, my mission is two-fold: to empower parents as advocates for their children and to educate families on the home buying process.

I’m originally from Rowland, just off I-95 on the border of the two Carolinas. In 2004, I began my real estate career. I have been a single mom since 2011, when my now teens were only 5 and 3. My post-secondary education includes a Bachelor in Education from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master in Counseling from Wake Forest University. My most recent degree in School Administration was earned at Fayetteville State University. I have worked as a high school teacher and counselor; currently, I am an Assistant Principal at an elementary school.
